Do you work when the hotel is full?
Yes. We work floor by floor or room by room and schedule rooms and corridors in the quiet hours between check-out and check-in. We coordinate with reception and your maintenance team beforehand.
Do you work with our own maintenance team?
Yes, that's the idea. Your own people handle the day-to-day work; we take over the systems and jobs they don't have the time or expertise for.
Do you work across the Netherlands?
Yes. We come to your hotel, from Groningen to Maastricht. If you have multiple sites, we arrange everything in one contract with one point of contact.
What does a maintenance contract cost?
That depends on the size of your hotel and its systems. After the free quick scan you get a price, broken down per item, so you can choose for yourself.
What happens if something breaks down outside office hours?
We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. With a Complete or Total contract, a technician is with you within 2 hours. A room you can't sell, or a fault with hot water or cooling, always comes first.
Are you certified and insured?
Yes. We are F-gas certified, work to VCA and NEN 3140, and carry public liability insurance.
